2016 2017 CBSRC Board of Directors Resumes

Pursuant to "Article V Voting and Elections" of the CBSRC constitution; members in good standing that wish to be considered for a BoD position must submit their resume to the Secretary no later than 6:00pm on May 15th for consideration. Currently there are 3 board seats that will become open July 1st, 2016.

(a) A membership is entitled to one (1) vote at Club meetings and elections.
(b) Only members in good standing are allowed to vote. A member will be considered in good standing provided he/she is not indebted to the Club.
(c) Voting may be by secret ballot.

(a) Any Club member in good standing is eligible for nomination to the Board. Candidates receiving the majority of votes cast shall be declared elected.
(b) Nominations must be submitted to and received by the Club Secretary no later than 6:00 p.m.. May 15th of each year.
(c) Prior to being mailed, each ballot shall be initialed by the Club Secretary and one other person from the general membership selected by the Board.
(d)The Club Secretary shall mail out paper ballots to each member on or before May 20th of each year. In order to be counted, Club members must return their ballots by 6:00 p.m.. May 30th of each year.
(e) On May 30th of each year the Club Secretary together with one Club member designated by the Board will tabulate all ballots. Upon completion of the vote count, the Secretary shall inform all candidates as to the outcome of the election
(f) Results of the election shall be announced to the membership at the Annual Meeting.
(g) The Secretary shall retain all ballots for sixty (60) days for the purpose of inspection by any Club member so inclined.
